In the Year 2019 Three Young Students saw the dream of having their own company. Looking at the growth in the construction industry they came together to form a new company "H N Constrotech Pvt. Ltd." "Mr. Prasad Nikam" who have completed his "LLM and Mr. S. A. Hande" who have completed his B-Tech Civil and MSc Construction Project Management came together to fulfill their dream of forming the new company.

Key Person of HNCPL

"Mr. Prasad Nikam " is an LLM (corporate law). He had experience of six years in setting up various construction sites for all the clients and has been associated with groups of companies all over Maharashtra for almost six years as director. With vast management experience encompassing the management of human resources, equipment, logistics, and buildings. He is the main strategist and principal consultant for "H.N. Constrotech Pvt". Ltd. In addition to strategic responsibilities, he also conducts surprise on-the-spot appraisals and plans corrective measures. Full accountability for Indian accounts, including business objectives, present business, and strategy. He is responsible for futuristic planning, PR, and organizational image. He issues directions to all employees on strategy, vision, mission, values, and business objectives. Responsibilities also include account growth and profitability.

"Mr. S. A. Hande" is a B-Tech Civil and MSc Construction Project Management (U.K). He has experience in infrastructure development. He started his career with a job in an infrastructure company, " J. Kumar, at the Pune Metro Project", where he gathered technical skills and a systems approach. He is one of the strongest pillars of the group. He looks after the entire execution of the group as Director (Technical). Full accountability for the operational part of the company. Arrange the vetting and preparation of agreements, contracts, and LOA documents in consultation with the legal cell. He is responsible for authorizing vendor bills for payments. He is responsible for the analysis of market trends, identifying other new segments, developing new markets, and planning strategies for market penetration, operational consistency, and annual audits for safety and energy. He handled operations through material cost control, management support solutions, multi-skill and automation at existing sites, MIS review and action plan implementation on a monthly basis, and annual and QF projection and achievement of profitability on existing sites.
